Molly Ramirez, a cyber maestro with over a decade of organizational leadership experience, is a Marketing and Communications strategist. Recently overseeing the communication strategies for the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra, Lubbock Chamber Orchestra, and Lubbock Youth Orchestras. Ramirez was instrumental in crafting the Lubbock Symphony's digital strategy and driving audience growth, greatly enhancing its presence as an entertainment organization.

Ramirez's career spans the United States and has earned her numerous leadership awards, including the President's Volunteer Service Award. Before joining the Lubbock Symphony, she was part of the Texas Tech Alumni Association's Marketing and Communications Team as the Graduate Marketing and Communications Assistant. She began her professional journey as the general manager and program host for The Wilson Way, an online nationwide boutique with its flagship store in San Antonio.

Ramirez holds a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in English from Texas Tech University (TTU), obtained in 2021, and a master's degree in interdisciplinary studies with concentrations in mass communications and marketing from TTU, completed in 2023. She actively participates in several nonprofit organizations, including the Hispanic Association of Women, AAF Lubbock, Lubbock LIVE Festival for the Arts, and serves as the Vice President of the Lubbock Chapter of the Texas Tech Alumni Association.
